He has degrees from Louisiana Tech University and Northwestern State Univeristy as well as a MBA from Centenary College in Louisiana. Todd also holds the Series 7, 63, and 66 securites licenses, Texas and Louisiana Insurance licenses and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation.
